These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website of Infra Akashvision Tower Pvt. Ltd. (“IAT”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and any pages, content, or services made available through it (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms cover website use only. They do not govern our project, product, or service delivery to clients, which are subject to separate contracts.

You represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use and process Submissions to operate the Site, respond to you, evaluate candidates, and improve our business.

Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or export-controlled information unless expressly requested under a separate agreement.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site (in whole or part) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India for all disputes arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms. Where required, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at admin@infraakshvision.com.

13. International use & compliance

The Site may be accessible from countries with different laws. You are responsible for compliance with local laws and any applicable export controls when accessing or using the Site.

14. Miscellaneous

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding Site use.
